One of Pueblo's most well-known buildings has now opened as an event venue, and the public can book a night to stay at the historic home with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Four Koncilja brothers — Joe, George, Bobby, and Teddy — purchased the property in August and initially listed it as a short-term rental while we continued to work on the estate between guests. The long-term plan has come to fruition, with the building now open for hosting events such as weddings, private parties, and corporate retreats.
Our desire was to revive the mansion that had been closed off to the community for years, aiming to make it accessible to the public once again.
Although minimal original furniture remained in the mansion, some pieces were left behind by previous owners. We furnished the place with our own antique rugs and a mix of old and new furnishings in the Victorian style
